Had the opportunity to do this route on a recent business trip to Los Alamos at the lab. Took a buddies bike out (he had two - yippee!) - it was my buddy who showed me the road. Very scenic and a very twisty road. You will want to ride both ways to get the full effect of the scenic views. My only watchout is the tourists and such that drive a little slower and tend not to pay attention. There are no food or gas stations along the way, so fuel your motorcycle and your stomach up before heading out! Santa Fe or Alberqueque are filled with food and drink if you're looking to end the trip with dinner or lunch.

This is a great route, and there is a gas station in San Ysidro and Jemez and great places to eat in Jemez Springs.

The best of the best. These folks have ridden and shared more roads than any other ORJ member this month.
