This is one of the best rides I've been on in North Texas. The portion of the ride east of I-35 is full of varied scenery, but mostly rolling hillsides. The road has enough elevation changes, turns, and sweeping curves to keep you interested. Nort of St. Jo, you, you unexpectedly come acroos a beautiful view as you begin to drop down into the Red River Valley.Outside of Muenster, you come through a 'windmill farm.' It's hard to say how many, but it's really impressive and can be seen for many miles. At one point, you actually drive trough the middle. You don't realize how truly gigantic these things are until you get up close. My only regret for this ride was that I did it in the winter. I HAVE to do it again in the spring or summer when everything is green!

The best of the best. These folks have ridden and shared more roads than any other ORJ member this month.
